In the first 12 months you can settle the remaining months, or pay a A$999 buyout and take the code with you. After that it is 30 days' notice and the site files are yours.

How much does a website cost?

Two fixed prices. A$199 a month covers the build, hosting and ongoing care with no setup fee. Or A$1,499 once for the build, and you own it outright. Prices are in Australian dollars with no GST added, because Fire Hero Pty Ltd is not registered for GST.

Is there a lock-in contract?

The monthly option has a 12-month minimum. If you leave early you either settle the remaining months or pay a A$999 buyout and take the code with you. After 12 months it goes month to month with 30 days' notice. The one-off build has no ongoing contract at all.

Who owns the website and the domain?

Your domain is always registered in your name. On the one-off build you own the site on final payment. On the monthly option, the site files are handed over to you once 12 months are paid.

How fast will I see my site?

You get a preview link within 48 hours of your intake brief being complete (calendar hours, not business days). Miss that and Monthly customers get a free month, Build customers get A$79 back. Going live on your domain follows once you approve the preview and your domain is pointed at us.

Do I have to write all the words?

No. Send what you have, even rough notes, and we tidy it into clear copy. Writing everything from scratch is quoted separately.

What if I need changes later?

On the monthly option, up to 30 minutes of edits a month are included. On the one-off build, add hosting and care for A$79 a month, or pay A$90 an hour for edits, quoted before any work starts.

What is not included?

Email hosting, writing everything from scratch, photography, logo design, paid ads, online shops, third-party software fees and domain registration. Bigger extras get their own quote.
